What defines me…
I enjoy designing learning experiences that spark real change; because when an idea becomes a behavior, improvement stops being a speech and starts being a culture.
I firmly believe that people are the central mechanism of continuous improvement and the foundation of 21st-century Lean. In an era of AI and robotics, it is their commitment, initiative, and creativity, paired with business expertise and process knowledge, that form the foundation for better processes and, consequently, better results.
I am driven by a deep Kaizen mindset: a curiosity to discover how to improve constantly and a professional vocation to help others, individuals, teams, and organizations, reach their next level.
