I consider myself an honest, hardworking and reliable person, who values teamwork above individual contributions and always seeks to do things a little better every day.

Over time, I have come to understand that many limits are self-imposed: with clarity of purpose and consistency in execution, almost anything is possible.

A sports and nature enthusiast, I find in them the balance needed to maintain energy and perspective, together with family life. In the past, I was a baseball player and president of my city’s club, a stage that strengthened my commitment to teamwork and shared responsibility.
