Over more than 15 years, he has led sustainable operational improvements in highly demanding industrial environments, translating corporate strategy into concrete results in costs, quality, service and efficiency.
His career as General Manager and Vice President in Tier 1 companies in the automotive sector, together with his international experience in Germany, the United States and Spain, has enabled him to lead complex transformations in multi-plant and multi-product environments, generating recurring eight-figure savings and strengthening industrial competitiveness.
