An Industrial Engineer with over 14 years of experience, she has led Quality, Product Development, and Program Management in demanding industrial environments. Currently serving as a Product Manager for Advanced Quality Methodologies, she helps organizations transform how they develop products and manage daily manufacturing operations.
She works with frameworks such as APQP, core quality tools (FMEA, Control Plans, PPAP), Lean, Six Sigma, Agile project management, and executive governance models. Her goal is always clear: reducing the Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ), improving Right First Time (RFT) metrics, and accelerating Time to Market without compromising excellence.
Experience
She has spearheaded strategic industrial transformation and product development programs across multi-site European environments, taking full responsibility for quality, cost, and deadlines.
Having played a key role in adapting and evolving the APQP methodology for the aerospace sector, she has deployed this framework across industries including aerospace, automotive, retail, cosmetics, food, and rail. Her work has consistently improved stability in new product launches, reduced operational incidents, and established quality as a scalable and sustainable system.
