An engineer by training, but a consultant by vocation. I am passionate about finding solutions where others only see problems, identifying opportunities that go unnoticed, and turning ideas into real results.
Throughout his career, he has supported companies across all sectors, helping them become more agile, efficient, and competitive.
He currently leads the Valencia office, where he supports clients in their transformation processes while developing and driving the growth of his team.

What defines me…
I am defined by a down-to-earth, close, and very involved way of working. I enjoy finding that focus that unlocks a situation, an idea that seems simple but completely changes the outcome.
I have a natural ability to connect with people, build trust, and create an environment where everyone can give their best. I believe that the best projects come not only from a good methodology but from teams that feel heard, valued, and supported in just the right measure.
Outside of work, I am passionate about surfing, and perhaps it’s no coincidence that continuous improvement consultancy is a lot like riding waves: it’s about maintaining balance, reading the environment, and moving forward even when the sea changes. You can’t always control the waves, but you choose how to surf them.
And above all, I enjoy time with my family and supporting the growth of my two children, who remain, without a doubt, my greatest purpose.
