A consultant specialized in organizational transformation and productivity improvement in construction, she supports construction companies, developers, engineering firms and project teams with a clear objective: helping organizations achieve better results through people, systems and digitalization.
Her background in production and leadership roles within construction companies gives her a particularly comprehensive perspective. This experience allows her to understand the real needs of those working in the sector, speak their language and design solutions that work because they are rooted in project reality, not just theory.
Experience
For more than twenty-five years, María Jesús has worked across every stage of the construction value chain: site execution, technical management, real estate development, university teaching and specialized consulting.
As co-founder of THiNK Productivity and currently a consultant at SGS Productivity by Leansis, she has supported national and international organizations in the implementation of Lean Construction and Last Planner System®, participating in residential, healthcare, commercial, industrial, hotel and unique building projects, both in Spain and Latin America.
