Integrating the entire value chain to transport and manage the logistics of all types of goods and products, delivering them to their destination on time and in perfect condition, with significant cost savings, designing turnkey projects and tailor-made solutions.<\/p>   <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What led you to implement Lean in your company?<\/strong><\/h2>   <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At Berg\u00e9, we needed to give a boost to improving the efficiency of the way we work, but in a methodical way, ensuring all the knowledge that had brought us to that point.<\/p>   <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong>What have you achieved thanks to Lean?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>   <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We now have a way of working more focused on objectives, indicators and action plans, aligned with the company\u2019s strategy, confirming that it is people who make the difference between companies.<\/p>   <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong>What was the key moment of the project?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>   <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I believe there were two key moments in the project: the initial presentation by Miguel \u00c1ngel Gim\u00e9nez to our Port Directors Committee, and when we \u201cmapped out\u201d what would become the Berg\u00e9 Management System based on Lean methodology.<\/p>   <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong><strong>Why did you choose us?<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>   <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We chose SGS Productivity for two reasons: they offered us methodology and autonomy, and also the personal and professional level of the team they made available to us.<\/p>   <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Tell us an anecdote you experienced with SGS Productivity.<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>   <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After so many years since we started this journey (2015), people still remember the name LeanSis and the consultants who participated.<\/p>   <h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>If you had to define the collaboration with SGS Productivity in one sentence\u2026 what would it be?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>   <p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">People are what make companies different.
