Eventually, Lean tools were extended to general process management across the entire organisation.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Results that set a trend<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first productivity-focused project was pivotal: it delivered remarkable improvements in a short time and served as a springboard for broader organisational change. But the real differentiator wasn\u2019t just in the numbers\u2014it was in how the system was implemented.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As Jes\u00fas emphasises, this wasn\u2019t about external consultants fixing problems.
