He has over 20 years of experience in industrial environments, mainly in the automotive sector, where he has built a solid career in production, engineering, and industrial management functions. Throughout his career, he has also worked in sectors such as pharmaceutical and glass, in complex industrial contexts with high demands on quality, costs, and service levels. <\/p>

Rui has led and executed transformation and continuous improvement initiatives in medium and large industrial plants, managing teams and operations across multiple shifts.<\/div>
He provides extensive experience in resource optimization, productivity improvement, waste reduction, process stabilization, and operational leader development, both from executive positions and in consultancy projects.<\/div>
